  Jaime Garau from Orange Coast Audio Video was so eager to win the job. I hired him. Turns out to be a big mistake. Proposed AV solutions to sell hardware and installation services that does not meet customer's needs. Constantly argues with customer and wants to do things his way. Nickle-Dime and wants to charge for every little thing. Quality of work is not great and has to be monitored and asked him to correct. In the end, he did not finish the job that we paid him to do but demanded more money for corrections, for work that should have been done right in the first place. Stay very far away. He's a problem to work with.
